Who is responsible

What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, company, email address, phone number (optional), country, product interest and message. Providing your details is voluntary, but without them we cannot reply.
When you send the form, the form service also records technical details such as your IP address and browser with each submission, for spam protection. The hosting provider keeps standard server logs of visits to the website.
Why we use it
To read your enquiry and reply to it. We do not use your details for anything else and we do not sell them.
Legal basis
Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), and taking steps at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Who processes it
Netlify, Inc. both hosts this website and receives the submissions from the enquiry form. It stores them for us and passes them on to us. Enquiries are forwarded by email to the person handling sales for us.
Netlify, Inc. is based in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as applicable.
This website loads its fonts (Manrope and IBM Plex Mono) from Google Fonts. When you open a page, your browser requests the font files from Google servers, so Google receives your IP address.
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a business relationship requires longer.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of use or a copy you can take elsewhere. You can object to our use of it and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect use before the withdrawal. To make a request, use the contact form.
